1. Plant Health Guarantee

At Chomaz, we take pride in the quality of our plants. We offer a 30-day health guarantee on all plants purchased from our store, provided that the recommended care instructions have been followed.

If your plant shows signs of decline despite proper care within 30 days of purchase, please contact us with photos of the plant and your proof of purchase. Our plant experts will assess the situation and provide a solution.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • In the same condition as received
  • Have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that due to the nature of living plants, we cannot accept returns on plants that have been neglected, overwatered, underwatered, or placed in unsuitable conditions against our care recommendations.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@chomaz.world or call +35361416144 to notify us of your intention to return.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the plant in question, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the plant to our store.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of our decision regarding replacement or refund.

4. Refunds and Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For approved returns, you will be offered either:

  • A replacement plant of the same species (subject to availability)
  • A store credit for the amount of the purchase (valid for 6 months)
  • A refund to the original payment method

If you choose a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days, and credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged plant, wrong item shipped, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged plant or an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item with your correspondence.

We will work quickly to resolve the situation with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

7. Plant Care Support

Before returning a plant, we encourage you to contact our plant experts for advice if your plant appears to be struggling. Many plant issues can be resolved with proper care adjustments.
